Serving as a private wealth advisor in the independent space where he can build relationships with both flexibility and integrity, Harrison Till is committed to acting in his clients best interest. Whether you are a business owner navigating corporate benefit plan solutions, an ultra-high-net-worth individual seeking family office services, or you're just getting started, clients are met with expertise, care, and personalized strategies designed to address their goals.
Harrison began his career as an executive compensation consultant, specializing in executive stock options, concentrated stock management, and benefit coordination. After earning his master’s degree from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2007, he joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management as an intern and quickly rose through the ranks to Vice President, graduating at the top of his professional management class. Today, with more than 15 years of experience, Harrison leads a diverse client base through his wealth management practice, Till Advisory and Capital Management, LLC.
His approach is consultative and educational, helping clients to better understand their strategies and decisions. Collaborating closely with a network of specialists, he designs and manages wealth plans focused on tax minimization, equity award analysis, estate planning, wealth transfer, philanthropy, and legacy building. And when life’s transitions are challenging, Harrison provides crisis management services to get you and your family’s goals back on track and your assets protected.
A lifelong learner and former Division I athlete, Harrison earned degrees from Duke University and The Ohio State University, receiving varsity letters in football and track at both institutions, collecting two Big Ten Championship rings with The Ohio State, and earning academic honors in the ACC and Big Ten.
Deeply committed to giving back, Harrison devotes his time to supporting families with special needs, helping them plan for long-term care and financial protection; mentors young athletes on ethics, financial literacy, and building a trusted circle of professionals; and quietly gives back to his local community.
Harrison values continued education and is a proud member of National Association of Plan Advisors, Trusted Advisor, the Japanese American Society of New Jersey, and an active member in his alumni networks. When not working, Harrison studies Japanese and loves spending time with his wife Ariel and two daughters Addison and Lennox.
Grounded, genuine, and endlessly generous, Harrison is known among clients and colleagues as the person you can always count on, a steady hand, and a trusted guide in every season of life.
